 My name is Tsewang Dorje, a local of Ladakh and the owner of Karma Lodge. In 2021, I transformed my 40-year-old family home, built by my father, into a cozy Lodge with comfortable rooms and a dormitory. Karma Lodge is built in the traditional Ladakhi style using stone and sun-dried mud bricks; while the outer walls are strengthened with modern cement plaster, the heart and soul of the house remain authentic. Located in the heart of Leh town, the capital of Ladakh, Karma Lodge offers affordable accommodation in Leh, budget-friendly hotels in Leh, and a perfect stay for couples, families, solo travelers, and groups seeking a peaceful and authentic Ladakh experience. 

Deluxe Rooms (We have Two Deluxe Rooms) 

• One king-size bed
• Private bathroom with hot and cold shower
• These rooms are ideal for couples or two guests and can accommodate up to three guests with an extra bed.
• Room Tariff (Room Only):
• Double Occupancy: ₹1,200 per night
• Single Occupancy: ₹1,000 per night
• Meals (Optional):
• Breakfast: ₹250 per person
• Lunch / Dinner: ₹300 per person

One Family Room 

• Four king-size beds
• Private bathroom with hot and cold shower
• This room is perfect for families and groups of friends.
• Room Tariff (Room Only):
• Four Persons: ₹2,000 per night
• Two to Three Persons: ₹1,500 per night
• Meals (Optional):
• Breakfast: ₹250 per person
• Lunch / Dinner: ₹300 per person

One Dormitory Room

• Four bunk beds
• Shared bathroom with hot and cold shower
• Suitable for groups of friends and budget travelers.
• Room Tariff (Room Only):
• Four Persons: ₹1,600 per night
• Two to Three Persons: ₹1,200 per night
• Meals (Optional):
• Breakfast: ₹250 per person
• Lunch / Dinner: ₹300 per person

One Bunk Bed Room

• Two bunk beds
• Shared bathroom with hot and cold shower
• This room is ideal for two guests or solo travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation in Leh.
• Room Tariff (Room Only):
• Two Persons: ₹800 per night
• One Person: ₹600 per night
• Meals (Optional):
• Breakfast: ₹250 per person
• Lunch / Dinner: ₹300 per person

Karma Lodge is conveniently located in the heart of Leh, the capital town of Ladakh. Leh serves as the main base for exploring the region and accessing its famous destinations. Nubra Valley lies 120 km north of Leh, while Pangong Lake is 140 km to the east. Hanle is situated 220 km east of Leh, and Tso Moriri Lake is 220 km southeast. Zanskar Valley is located south of Leh, accessible via Wanla (180 km) or via Kargil (420 km). Kargil is 220 km southwest of Leh, and Sham Valley is approximately 120 km to the southwest.
